How it works

  1. Add https://denkops.com/mcp as a connector (or remote MCP server).
  2. Sign in with Google or GitHub; a DenkOps account and workspace are created on first sign-in.
  3. Pick a workspace and allow access. The assistant now acts as you, with your role and permissions.
  4. Ask it to deploy, debug or change something. Secrets go into environment variables, never into uploads.

FAQ

Do I need a DenkOps account first?

No. Signing in from the connector creates your account and a workspace with a free slot.

What can the assistant do?

Deploy apps from files it writes, read logs, traces and metrics, roll back, start and stop, set environment variables, manage domains, public paths, egress and scheduled jobs, show your plan and slots, and manage your team, invites by email, project access, alerts and the audit log.

Is it safe?

The connector acts as you, with your workspace role and project permissions. Tokens are short-lived and refresh automatically, secrets never travel in uploads, and you can revoke access at any time.

Can I build my own connector on DenkOps?

Yes. Write an MCP server with defineMcp, set "connector": true in denkops.json and deploy; DenkOps hosts the OAuth sign-in for your users, with your own icon and brand colours on the sign-in pages.
